Who in the heck is Chuck Crowe?
Is he Rock? Yes, definitely Rock...
Is he Country? Yes, there is that too...
Is he Pop? Absolutely!
Is he Folk? Don't call me Folk... No matter how true it may be.
Is he Blues? Well, I get the Blues once in a while, but I wouldn't claim to be a Blues player per se...
Is he Bluegrass? Yep, sometimes!
Is he Reggae? Not atall mon, but it's all good...
Is he Alt-Rock? Sure, whatever that means to you...
Is he Indie? Sometimes, and sometimes co-dependent...
Is he Jazz? When I'm feelin' it...
Is he Gospel? Lord, no... Please forgive me...
Is he Classical? Classic maybe, but Classical... Unequivocally not.
Is he typing about himself in the third person? Er, yeah, kind of a wierd thing...
So is he schizophrenic ? We can't be sure...
Well, what kind of artist does all that make him? Coyote Pop! Kind of his own special genre...
What else? Well, for the past 18 years or so he's been sideman for many of Los Angeles and Orange County's favorite Pop, Folk, and Rock artists including Nick Pyzow, Joel Pelletier, and Kerry Getz. These days he still plays regularly in L.A. and Orange County.
In March of 2002 he began a quest to branch out on his own. With an acoustic style similar to the Eagles or America, he began to write songs for many different genres including Rock, Country, Folk, Pop, and even Heavy Metal. You'll find it all right here!
