Chuck Crowe: Chuck Who?

The answer is: ~"what you call Pop-Rock that meets Alt-Country at Americana's house."
The question: ~"What is 'Coyote-Pop?"
It's fun, it's organic, it's equally good with soda, beer, or wine!

So who in the heck is Chuck Crowe?

Is he Rock? ~Yes, definitely Rock...
Is he Country? ~Yes, there is that too...
Is he Pop? ~Absolutely!
Is he Folk? ~Um, ok...
Is he Blues? ~Well, I get the Blues once in a while, but I wouldn't claim to be a Blues player per se...
Is he Bluegrass? ~Yep, sometimes!
Is he Reggae? ~Not atall mon, but it's all good...
Is he Alt-Rock? ~Sure, whatever that means to you...
Is he Indie? ~Sometimes, and sometimes co-dependent...
Is he Jazz? ~When I'm feelin' it...
Is he Classical? ~Classic maybe, but Classical... Unequivocally not.
Is he typing about himself in the third person? ~Er, yeah, kind of a wierd thing...
So is he schizophrenic ? ~We can't be sure...

Well, what kind of artist does all that make him? ~Coyote Pop!

In March of 2002 I began a quest to branch out on my own writing with an acoustic style similar to the Eagles, Poco, or America. I call it 'Coyote Pop'. You can hear some of my award winning (my management makes me say that...) music on my Sounds page or see the Links page for a fast-track to myspace, facebook, iTunes, and CDBaby!

What else? ~Well, for the past 20 years or so I've been sideman for many of Los Angeles and Orange County's favorite Pop, Folk, and Rock artists including Nick Pyzow, Joel Pelletier, Ileana Burdine, and Kerry Getz. These days I still play regularly in L.A. and Orange County. You can catch my solo shows everywhere in the West and once in a while... beyond... (mysterious isn't it?). Please check the Calendar link for details.

I am endorsed by Breezy Ridge Musical Instruments, G7th capos, and GHS/Rocktron. I am also a member of the Grammys, BMI, TAXI, Just Plain Folks Songwriting Network , South Bay Music Scene, L.A. Music Scene, and L.A. Songnet.
